About Me

"Hi there! My name is Nichola Pyrkos

I am an accredited Transformational Life Coach & Mindfulness Facilitator, and CEO of Transforming Families Ltd which has been operational since 2016. My qualifications include degrees in Psychology BSc, Social Work MA, post graduate diploma in Practice Teaching, and certifications in Mindfulness Teaching, Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. I am a Senior Member of the ACCPH and DBS checked annually.

Having come from a Practitioner and Multi-Agency Coordinator background working for schools and Local Authorities, I now Coach people from all around with world on a range of issues including: health and habit changing, stress and anxiety, confidence and self-worth, career and business development, relationships, promoting resilience...supporting people in making the changes needed to achieve their goals, promote their wellbeing and raise their overall life satisfaction.

 

Interventions are delivered using transformational coaching and mindfulness tools and techniques, which enable clients to develop greater self-awareness, tap into their own internal resources to resolve their personal challenges, and learn empowering new strategies to achieve their personal goals and life aspirations.

Having spent the last 4 years working primarily with individuals and community groups, I am now branching out to small-medium sized high-performing businesses, who wish to invest in a Wellness Programme as part of their strategy to recruit, support and retain valuable members staff. The Investment

All Corporate Life Coaching programs include: 

​

  • A free Consultation with the company CEO or Head of Recruitment to discuss the needs of the business and agree the design of the program to be delivered

  • Delivery of one to one online coaching sessions on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. Face to face coaching is also available at a premium as it would need to cover the cost and time of travel. 

  • Each coaching client receives a summary of the work completed after every session to refer back to, as well as FREE email and text support between sessions. 

  • A monthly Basic Feedback Report will be provided to the CEO/HR outlining when sessions took place, level of satisfaction at work, and any issues or recommendations the coaching client wishes to raise with the company.  Comprehensive Reports and feedback meetings are also available at a premium.

Fees: Coaching prices start at £60 per hour, per employee.
